Shipping Fee

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. All U.S. orders are eligible for free standard shipping. Unfortunately, we do not support international shipping, including to the United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, France, Germany, and Ireland.

Order Processing & Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. If an item in your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on order verification and the time of purchase. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

All orders placed on our official website are subject to a shipping agreement, meaning risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery Address
Please ensure all delivery addresses are complete and accurate. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order is prepared for shipment or has shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to confirm a corrected address, and the package will be re-shipped at your expense. A daytime phone number is required for all shipments.

Should your package be returned to Juan as undeliverable, please contact our support team to arrange reshipment.
